Until the 1960s and 1970s, Emirates people were placing the canned pineapple, peach and apple, to show their generosity, as a side dish of their simple main dish, which mostly a rice (or bread) with meat whether it's fish or chicken or red meat.

However, the trade with Asian and African countries makes Emirates plate brilliance. It brought a variety of different spices and ingredients. Emiratis food is generally common with saffron, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, and salt. These ingredients are a result of the great graphic that Emirates had.

When it comes to the traditional food of the country, Emirates know how to make you so full, whether with their delicious dishes or their generosity and hospitality. One of the best Emirate dishes is the Machboos, which is prepared differently from an Emirate house to another, however, it is mainly seasoned the rice with chicken, beef or fish.

The traditional breakfast includes various dishes like Balalet, Chabab, Khamir, Mahala, and Dungaw. Some plates have similarities with ones that are offered globally, like Chabab with pancakes, and Mhala with crepes. When it comes to dessert, Lugaimat is an irresistible dish that can be served at breakfast or as a dessert with Arabic coffee.

The Arabic coffee is the drink of hospitality in the Emirate houses, and it is served with dates or with any dessert. When it comes to food in the UAE, Emirates are known for their generosity, as they will keep serving dishes until their guests are unable to move anymore.
